Everything is Energy

The universe, the earth, the water, our entire environment is full of energy. And so are we humans. Sensing is a continuous perception of energy. So every feeling is based on energy, as is every thought.

The interaction between energies and consciousness is the intention of the practice. Feelings are the mental interpretations of energies.

Expanding awareness of energies also means expanding awareness of one's own feelings. It develops a greater, more differentiated understanding of impressions from the environment and one's own emotional world, be it on the physical or mental level of consciousness.

In recent decades, holistic methods of energy work from all over the world, such as meditation, yoga, traditional Chinese medicine or meditative martial arts from Asia as well as spiritual rituals from North and South America, have arrived in the western world. They are also increasingly used in conventional medicine.

The chakra system is one of the classics of energy work. The chakras of the energy body are integrated into treatment methods worldwide in order to release blockages and support healing processes.

Modern methods of energy work deal with connections between universal energies and the energy body, such as matrix energy and the two-point method. With the help of the time travel technique, old issues and the associated blockages can be resolved and brought into resonance with issues in the present. The speed and information density of everyday life are constantly increasing, so there are hardly any moments in which one can calmly pay attention to one's body and surroundings.

In order to be able to face this intensive and demanding environment in the most balanced way possible, the practice for energy awareness offers various sessions and workshops. A good balance between grounding, centering and alignment allows the challenges of everyday life to be viewed and accepted in a more differentiated way. Confidence and motivation in one's own actions are positively influenced. Visions can be perceived more easily and implemented more playfully. More attention is paid to intuitive actions, gut feelings so to speak, so that one's own potential can be better developed. Good grounding, centering and alignment can be particularly helpful in stressful, challenging phases of life, in order not to lose track of things through a holistic perspective. On the whole, it makes it easier to perceive the appropriate solutions and make the right decisions for the way forward.

Consciousness.

In the long term, the practice of energy awareness has set itself the goal of helping people to better understand and classify the language of the body. The ABC of this language is the energy body and the chakras. Each one offers an information channel that resonates with the energies of the environment. For example, if there is a desire to "really calm down", switch off or sleep deeply, this affects the energy of the grounding chakra. If your heart literally opens, the heart chakra resonates. If you have a lump in your throat, the communication chakra. The more finely the information channels of the individual chakras can be perceived, the better feelings and thoughts can be classified. Once a thought has been classified, there is no friction or stagnation, but rather a flow. If the thought stagnates, an energetic blockage arises, a feeling and the associated conflicts such as anger, fear, mistrust, lack of motivation, prejudice, etc. can be possible results.

Chakras can be treated well, aligned and brought into flow. If all 7 main chakras are in balance and flow, a holistic perspective is created that affects every thought. At this level, the two keys of understanding and forgiveness/reconciliation, towards others and yourself, can be applied more easily.

The vision.

The body language of the chakras and the energy body is understood and taught on various continents. In our western world, this language should be further established and applied. It connects us regardless of language, culture, religion, etc. and forms the basis for a prejudice-free, fair and loving society.
